Episode 1: Arrival in Snowville

Opening Scene:

Clara stares out of a foggy train window, watching snowflakes dance against the darkening sky as she approaches Snowville. She feels a pang of loneliness; her parents are working overseas, and she has to spend Christmas with her grandmother, whom she barely knows. She’s unsure about what to expect and worries that this might be her most lonely Christmas yet.

Meeting Finn:

Upon arrival, Clara is warmly greeted by her grandmother, who’s excited to have her there, though Clara remains distant. As they stroll through the small town toward her grandmother’s cozy, snow-covered cottage, Clara notices the town’s charming but eerily quiet atmosphere. While exploring the town square the next day, she meets Finn, a cheerful boy who recognizes her as “the new girl.” With an impish smile, Finn asks if she’s heard about the “Festival of Christmas Dreams.”

The Legend of the Festival:

Finn explains the legend: every few decades, when the winter magic is strong, the Festival of Christmas Dreams appears. It’s a place of warmth and wonder, where those with the purest Christmas wishes come together to celebrate in peace and joy. He believes that it’s time for the festival to return. At first, Clara is skeptical, but something about Finn’s excitement is contagious. She finds herself wondering if this magical festival could somehow lift her holiday spirits. The episode ends with Finn daring her to find the festival with him, and Clara, feeling a spark of hope, agrees.
